Steve Gamble saves the day again!

Yesterday a minor annoying leak in my wife's 11 year old DUI CNSE turned into a major annoying leak on a dive out the Waterhole tunnel.

Steve Gamble met us at his shop this morning 20 minutes before his opening time. He examined the suit, leak tested it, and identified and marked the big leak and two small ones. He also rebuilt the sticking inflator valve. He gave us some aquaseal and a brush, and we were on our way in a total of 40 minutes. He wouldn't take any money - said it was warranty work!

After letting the suit dry all day, we fixed the leaks this evening. It'll be back in the water tomorrow. This is the fourth time that Steve has fixed a mid-trip drysuit problem for us. A great guy who does excellent work. Thanks Steve!

I got an FSTech suit from Steve and customer service has been phenomenal.

I'm going to have to take my neck seal to him again. It's being held together by inner tube patches and aquaseal. :-)

Steve and Marianne are the best.

I think Steve could improve his service. He could build a shop next to Cathy's so we don't have to drive to Gainsville!!
