The porters are excellent in the Philippines. They are even 10 times better then the one in Thailand we had hired before. Normally we pay between $3- $8 dollars a day per porter. One time I was going to complain about my feet hurting till I seen the porter in front of me carrying two tanks on his back had no shoes on walking on the limestone. They may be small but they are strong.
We have another cave expedition starting in a weeks time and also another one to Samar Philippines where the video was taken in Feb/ March. We have about 3 new caves so far to explore on the trip in Feb. Still plenty of time to find a couple more.
