check out http://www.sierratradingpost.com for some great $$$ on thermal undergarments,, might not be a jumpsuit/one piece with a pretty dive company logo but a great place for thermal undergarment gear

I've been using two-piece outfits for over ten years and have never had that problem.
if you sew approx a 6" strip of velcro to the bottom inside of the top, and top outside of the pants this will not be a problem. cheap simple solution. I use Helly Hansen underwear, it was a great wicking ability and keeps me very warm & dry. This is all I use under a crushed neoprene drysuit for 42 degree water off Vancouver Island, & ice diving at home.Quote:

REI has great polartec fleece in three weight sizes. two piece. I get the right size pants, then get the "tall" shirt. keeps my belly covered. It's called Power Dry.

I use a polartec 300 fleece jacket and pants that I got from Eastern Mountain Sports for about $35.00 each. Got some 1" heavy duty elastic and a couple of 1" plastic buckles from a fabric store and made some suspenders and some stirrup straps so the pant legs don't pull up. I tuck the jacket into the pants and put the suspenders over the jacket. Nothing moves, no bunching up. I wear either silk long underwear or lightweight polypro top & bottom under it, and some polartec socks that I got from Cabelas. Very comfortable, warm, and cheap. Much less bulky under my CF200 than the 400g Thinsulate undergarment that came with it, and almost as warm. I hardly ever use the Thinsulate any more.
