I'm guessing 200-300
Well, I've done 7 or 8 days of diving at JB. I have seen one other diver than our group, which was 2, 3 or 4 people. Say an average of 3 per week -- that's about 150 people per year; if you add some folks in for weekends (when we weren't there) I'd still be surprised if we're talking much more than 200 -250 per year (unique individuals, not dive days).
I've seen as many as 15-20 divers at JB in one day, but that's rare. If you also count the FSU or Texas A&M groups of 20+ that head there a couple times a year, I think 200-300 is a fair estimate.
We had about 550 total divers registered at jb with the JCSO. So the consensus estimates here might be on target...max annually at most 500 but most likely less. I have a few hundred dives there myself so do have an idea of different individuals who appear. Thanks to all who gave an estimate. Bill
