As of Aug 17, 2009 the manager of PSSP has opened Peacock 1 to cavern diving. Orange Grove will remain closed to open water divers and cavern divers until it clears up.

Was in there yesterday and the cavern looked pretty good. Pothole to Olsen was still pretty dusty eating up my light but nice enough for me. Nitrates have got the openwater in P1 and Olsen really slimey. I hate to see that, I like the naked rocks.
Thanks for that info Jim. Does this mean that my son can dive there (in the cavern area) with me as he did at Orange Grove? He's NAUI Jr. advanced open water.Quote:
