   No se permite lenguaje obsceno u ofensivo. Esto no significa que sus comentarios no puedan ofender a nadie, esto podria suceder.
   
   Kein beleidigender, obszönen oder persönlich verletzender Sprachgebrauch. Die heißt jedoch nicht, das die Meinungen nicht gegensätzlich sein dürfen. Eine kontroverse Diskussion ist ausdrücklich erwünscht.
   
   Pas de langage obscène ou agressif. Cela ne veut pas dire que vos commentaires ne peuvent offenser personne ; c'est ce qui est attendu.

   Duncan's British Version

   We asked Duncan for a British version since sometimes they have a hard time understanding 'american'... below is Duncan Price's British version. Unfortunately, as of today, Altavista doesn't have a routine to translate it...

   (British) I say old chap, this forum is intended to be jolly well above board, but the top brass will take a dim view of any message or photograph that doesn't show fair play:

   (USA) No posting messages intended solely for solicitation. This doesn't mean you can't recommend a company, product or technique... to include a link.
   
   (British) No advertising. This doesn't mean that you can't say something is top hole ... to include a link.
   
   (USA) No obscene or offensive language. This doesn't mean your comments can't offend someone; that is to be expected.
   
   (British) Don't swear or mention the War. Not to say that you can't upset Johnny Foreigner; he probably deserves it.

   (British) Despite being a nation of shopkeepers, you are not allowed to tout your wares on the Gear Page if you are one.
   
   (USA) No personal opinions or endorsements about other cavers and cave diving organizations.

   (USA) No obscene or inappropriate pictures and/or graphics for the message or gear forums. No copyrighted (unless yours) graphics uploaded.
   
   (British) Please send all naughty photos to the CDG notice board not this one.
   
   Recommendations:
   
   (USA) For safety reasons, please don't give specific directions to caves. Email these to associates that you KNOW are cave qualified.
   
   (British) For charitable reasons, please don't give specific directions to caves. These can be found in any of the sump indexes which can be bought from the CDG. Proceeds from sales will go to the CDG Beer Fund.
   
   (USA) Try to keep your 'expert advice' professional and accurate.
   
   (British) Use short words and uppercase only.
   
   Violators:
   
   (USA) Since we record the Internet Protocol number (IP#) of everyone that posts a message to the forum, we can ban a user by excluding their IP# if repeated violations are made. Click here to view the Banned User List.
