Well the "cavediver" is obvious..... I guess. The "256" was my first radio number when I entered into the public safety realm as a firefighter/first responder.....since that time, the number 256 has mysteriously followed me. I have since changed jobs a couple of times, but in my current job as a flight medic (11 years later), my employee number is "256" and the tag number on our flight service's Critical Care truck is 00256...... Welcome to my world !!!!

I always hated my first name, Kenneth. Middle name is Wayne so Kwayne became my ID.
88 came from an old girlfriend. I'll let you figure out where she got that from.

A now ex-girlfriend was sitting next to me when I registered for scubaboard a couple years back. When I asked her what I should use for a screen name, she jokingly said "scubastud," so I did. 16 came from when I got my drivers license...I'm a huge gear head, so it's in most of my screen names. I tend to use the same screen name for similar forums...one for car forums, one for scuba, etc.

Plus, I was curious about others. Everdeeper, you still didn't tell us what the 43015 means.
43015 used to be my zip code. Now that I moved down here I was going to change it, but I had been on here for a few years and didnt want to confuse people. I just decided to keep the 43015.

    Default Serota

The very first time I needed to identify myself on the internet with an alisas, I looked around and saw my Serotta mountain bike and thought that "Serotta" would be a good name. Of course, "Serotta" was taken, so I dropped one of the "ts" and have used "Serota" ever since. Damn good bike too!

I'm big into mountain biking. (Yes, I'm SG on our local mtb forum). You don't know how many people picked their bike model for their username, only to wind up upgrading their bikes in a year or two and suddenly stuck trying to figure out what to do with their usernames. Then, of course, there are people like my friend "Jabberwocky" who now has 7 bikes.

Default I like gold and silver

When I'm not cave diving I dive on the 1715 plate wrecks off of Sebastian Inlet here in Florida. I use a metaldetector to find lots of Spanish Cerveza Doublooms (beer can bottoms). So I used "metaldector" on another board before coming to CDF. BTW I never put an avitar on this board - someone added it without my permission, but hey, it works so thanks whoever did it.

I've been using this name for years, so why change it now. Besides, I don't like hiding behind criptic names.
