    Default SideMount Training

Does anyone have any recomendations for a Side-mount Instructor. Interested in an individual that has dove several differnt types of sidemounts and also has built their own. Any suggestions are appreciated. I am located a couple hours away from Cave Country.

Make sure when choosing your sidemount instructor to ask around to other sidemount divers. Also ask the instructor about their sidemount history and where / how many sidemount dives they have.

I will PM you. It's to bad some of the best people to get training from for sidemount are not "sidemount instructors".

I heard Bill Rennaker talking about doing a sidemount class, you might want to call CE and see if it’s a go.

The Fall Dive In that is in the events subforum includes a sidemount clinic with Lamar Hires.

Wrong. It was an SSI Sidemount course I took... just cause the guy dove sidemount the first time when in the water with me, doesn;t mean I can question his qualifications... I mean he DID have an International Safe Cavediver Award, doesn't that mean something?
