    I put in my LM unbalanced without any sealant and it seals well. After punching a hole in the suit, cut out two (I think) round gaskets out of old wrist seals. Very easy to remove and replace if changing suits or cleaning.

    A big advantage to a hood in a cave is it helps protect your head, if you are careless and bump the cave.
