Are you setting up your Sidewinder with the XDeep? I've heard there are some challenges with this would like to hear any feedback both of you guys have regarding modifications to use these two pieces of equipment together.

If that is for me, then yes, I use my Sidewinder with an Xdeep. It helps to have the Xdeep adapter from Kiss.

It about a foot square of heavy fabric.. It has 2" webbing sewed to it, so it can replace the Xdeep strap that holds all the weight pockets. It has 4 loops of cloth to clip the scrubbers to. I will take a picture tonight, and post it here.

I believe that is the standard sidewinder adapter. I received one when I purchased my unit.

It's worth noting that I've modified mine, but there are very few items in my gear that I haven't. I use mine on a Nomad JT, but I'm switching to a subgravity harness soon.

thanks! I'm torn between setting mine up on the SMS75 or the Xdeep... I've got both. Anyone on here dove both versions or can speak to the pros/cons of each?

The SMS 75 has a different style plate, and is very easy to setup, works great. I have no experience with the deep.
