    Default Palm O2 analyzer

I just bought one of the Palm 02 analyzers from DGE. out of the box it calibrates to 21.9% and I can't figure out how to calibrate it to 20.9%. anyone have experience with these?

    Mine calibrates to 20.8.
Contact them. Probably an easy fix.
Or I can always transport it back . I live close to DGE

    Thank you "gear sherpa"!!

I sent them a message... thought there might be a quick trick I needed to learn. I tried holding down the calibrate button but no luck.

I talked to DGE... they are shipping a replacement, sounds defective. Great customer service!

I thought I would share my stupidity so all can learn (if you buy this analyzer). Apparently the directions say "hold the calibrate button for 3 seconds" to get the analyzer into calibration mode. I did this however after receiving a replacement analyzer the customer support team from DGE informed me you really need to hold the button for more like 10 seconds to get calibration mode to work. I had done a 5-6 second hold on the original unit with no luck, so I figured it was broken. Now with the new analyzer it is a true 10 seconds to make it work.

Overall I'm very please with this analyzer, now that I know how to calibrate it correctly. Super simple to use, great value for the price and one heck of a lot fast to use than my old OMS peanut analyzer.

This is good to know, as I was looking at picking one up soon possibly.
