Default Cave Instructors in Texas, Post!

Hey guys, looking for a Full Cave or GUE equivalent that teaches in Texas, or lives in the Austin area and teaches elsewhere. Got someone looking.

Anyone with links, you can blast me too.

GUE Fundamentals instructor in TX is Jason Wright. There is no cave diving in Texas that is publicly accessible.

Yes, correct, Carl's the man. He's in the Houston area.

As mentioned there are no caves to train in in Texas. Land drill practice and academic stuff can be done locally though, to make the most of the time available when it's time to dive.

Anyone know if there has been progress with exploration of Jacob's Well in Texas?

No additional progress has been made to my knowledge. "A" tunnel ends in a breakdown pile and "B" tunnel ends up at an 8 inch restriction.

Supposedly, someone is working on making a secondary entrance to JW with the use of excavation.
