Some maps are available from the NSS-CDS store: https://nsscds.org/product-category/cave-maps/

Others are available from the Mexico dive shops, like Protec: http://www.protectulum.com/ and Zero Gravity: http://www.zerogravity.com.mx/

    Also try:
    http://www.mexicancaves.org/maps/
    and
    http://www.caveatlas.com/cave_systems.asp?co=MX

Bill's shop doesn't currently exist. The guy that was helping Bil isn't in the position to run it so my understanding is since Bill's death speleotech is effectively no more. Though Bil was sick for a while, nothing was done to ensure speleotechs continuance.

Zero Gravity has a lot of really nice maps in their shop. Probably worth a phone call to ask about shipping them.
