Years ago, when I was on the training Committee, we put together A generic liability release that will probably meet your needs. The obvious intent was to release the landowner from any liability and as far as I know, it was used quite a bit in the mid 90's time frame. I do not have a copy but I'm sure that Pete Butt over at Karst Environmental can fix you up. He was the Training Chairman during that time frame and he and the rest of the committee, put together the document I am describing. Hope this helps.

Thank you for the lead. Can you reach out to Pete or do you have contact info?

Not sure if this will help but as long as they are not charging you an entry fee the should not be liable per the state of Florida.

Thank you for the link. Unfortunately the property owners and the property are not in Florida.

I hope all is well with you.

Looks like your problem is solved, but just in case---
I have a call into Pete's office but to speed things up, here is his office phone number.

I'll keep on working on this, but if you get the release from Forrest on Monday, and it means your needs, let me know.
Might be good to have several of these releases. I know they all say the same things but one may read "easier" to the property owner. You know how legal documents are!!
