Default Cow Springs - Using GoPro 6 in Camera Mode with Video Lights

I decided to see how the GoPro 6 in camera mode, along with video lights would perform in a cave. Here's some shots I took of Tom Hundley at Cow. I set my GoPro camera to POV Wide, RAW. I let the ISO stay at Auto. For lighting I used 15,000 lumens of light on camera and had Tom carry 15,000 lumens. Click on one and scroll through them to see in larger size.

Not too shabby, considering how small they are. Then again, good video lights make a lot of difference too.

Wow these stunning coming from a GoPro. I'm guessing the video lights helped a ton. Thanks for sharing.

They are small because I reduced the size for upload. The full size photos are much larger and would have taken up a lot of space on upload. I didn't want to unnecessarily take up space. And yes, I too think the video lights made the difference in the "quality" of the photos.

I think he was talking about how small the GoPro is. Pics are great.

Just picked up a GoPro 6. Well I sold my old one and scored an insane deal on a Hero 6 for just $40 more than I sold my Hero 3 for. I haven't been able to record anything yet. I was sorta bummed as it didn't come with an underwater housing. Guy, which one are you using?
