    Default Quick little river question

    Hey,

Does anyone know exactly how many feet back the well casing is?

How far past it does the line go?

I want to say 2,200 or there abouts haven't been back there since the new fancy arrows were put in, the line goes a good ways past it but the Cave starts to squeeze down and get pretty silty

Probably closer to 2,300, but that was before the relining.

It's not really all that far considering a diver using a Tekna scooter can tow a locally know photo-pitchperson (to the well casing).

You can scooter all the way there but it's not generally the best idea due to Cave conservation/higher silt potential, most people drop scooters at the end of the dome room then it's a pretty short swim

Scootering there is no problem, it's the return that has proven to be a difficult issue.
The thought of that reminds me of watching Saudi Drifting vids on YouTube. Poor outcome.

Agreed, I've heard even Intro divers can scooter into Little River easily. They had some issues getting out, but someone helped them with that a few hours later.

    Default Little River

I'll have to admit it seems a bit longer than that swimming it, which is all I've ever done. Follow up question , "Does anyone know where the well is" ? D.H.
