    I think UDIE would be the most appropriate agency to resolve this silly issue once and for all. I full heartedly believe they have the ability to print a card, maybe even multiple cards, possibly with words.

    That's the point. Zero recourse. You don't need to defend yourself, state law does. Then maybe property owners would allow divers and wouldnt require "cave CCR" just to cover there asses.

    I think you need a Solo CCR Cave card with a DPV endorsement.

    If only it were that easy. I can give you 73,000 examples of how expensive it can get all in $1 increments.

    No it’s still the same rule. People need to quit b**ching though. Diving at Ginnie overall is in jeapardy if another person kacks themself and we start making a big fuss about minor issues.

    Ginnie seems to have a new web site. Just checked the rules and solo diving is allowed for full cave divers.

    There is also no mentioning of DPV or CCR cave cards being required.
