According to this website, it will run 60 min at 33lbs of thrust and 120min at 26lbs. Weight is 16lbs and runs on two 325Wh LiCoMn batteries.

Looks like 15kg for 60 minutes
    12 kg for 120 minutes

A Tekna will about get that much.

"Most people don't know that I am an accomplished dramatic actor... But I've performed in several Shakespeare productions including Hamlet, except in this version, Hamlet lives in an apartment with two women, and has to pretend he's gay so that the landlord won't evict him."

"Once during a taping there was an actor who kept blowing his lines. It happened again and again. Finally Norman Fell came out-he wasn't even in that scene. But Norman came out and you know what he did? He killed the guy with a hammer."

"If I found a cure for a huge disease, while I was hobbling up onstage to accept the Nobel Prize they'd be playing the theme song from 'Three's Company'."

    I like this one: http://www.hammacher.com/Product/Default.aspx?sku=12344

But for the money you could buy a thousand codrless drills/Dremels, stick propeller in it and throw it away after each sump section

I saw this thing, too, at Wayne's, maybe a year ago. Not much bigger than a roll of paper towels but reputed to be a real DPV.

I haven't tried it but heard it wouldn't pull a diver through the lips. I really doubt it is some magical scooter being that small.

I agree, unless they have found some way to violate the laws of physics.

I tried it in Manatee, and going from the Catfish Hotel cavern into the cave, it was getting blown backwards.

Rog and I hired one each during our Bonaire trip. In wetsuits, rebreathers, and a single Al 40 bailout, they pulled us along beautifully, and were a great lark. Right there and then, even with my non-existent DPV experience, I realized they would be worth less than a dead rat at a tampon factory against flow, especially factoring in the drag of a drysuit and multiple bigger tanks.

Out of all the possible imagery that is out there, this one comes to your mind?

It's from one of my favourite films, "Top Secret". Ever since I first heard the line, I have taken every opportunity to use it!
