    Good point. I was actually thinking of taking this thing out on the lake but per FW's advice, I don't want to have to wear SCUBA, and definitely don't want to swim back to the ramp.

    Thinking now of an aquatic themed raised bed or a cool pool for my granddaughter

    Check with your state DMV. If you have a very old boat without a registration number, you can register it as a "homebuilt" or "restored antique". DMV issues a registration plate, which is attached to boat by police or DMV official. (at least, that's how it works in New York State).

    Take only photos, leave only bubbles, kill only time.
