    Default Anybody know what type of snake this is?

    Found this guy in my garage. I live in New Mexico. I know he is not poisonous. Just don't know if he is a bull or gopher snake?

    Looks to me like a pine snake. Lots of them in NW Florida.

    His coloring is similar to a few on http://nmherpsociety.org/reptiles/snakes/index.html but without a better pic of his head, I'm not sure.

    I found this to be most useful when speculating on snakes:

    Only is humid areas. For the rest of the country change the titles to "Rattle Snake"
