Item 5 was interesting:
Membership numbers are down. Currently, we have 358 active members and out of those 256 are life members.
It's amazing how much free labour this Calzon women has given to the NACD. Seems so weird that a lawyer would do that... even if she's hooking up with Mr Murcar, I'd still be weird.

There is a different lawyer working on (one/both?) the case(s) now, but I understood that it was because Calzon had a scheduling conflict, and that she is still involved. Unknown if the new lawyer is working for free.
