Default Tanks,Steel, but NOT Scuba tanks, for sale, barter, whatever

I had 24 of these pretty heavy steel tanks given to me; just now, today. They are very conveniently placed (dumped) in the back of my dive shop in Orlando. Almost blocking our drive up and around fill station. They are not scuba tanks. I can not find ANY writing on them, and the fittings are not standard scuba nothing. I took off the fittings and compared to 3/4 and 7/8 valves. It's neither. The big nut I couldn't get off. I was going to see if a T-bottle valve might fit it. Note, a T-bottle will not fit the nut I could get off. So I can't say if a T-bottle valve would fit them or not. They are clean, just some dust and oil. I think they were used at one of the attractions in town, or were supposed to be used... In short, I do NOT know their history or purpose.

They are very heavy steel and look just like a shortened faber LP95. I was thinking they would make nice anchors or MA can weld them together to make some ART. They are so heavy I couldn't get one out of the box, but was able to slide one out of the box on its side. The contractor that gave them to me thought they would make great bank tanks. I'm not bothered.

At best, you can make tank holders out of the two boxes for your garage.

Make an offer. ALL of them, not one.

Looks like a CO2 valve fitting (at least the top part).

    Yes, I think so.

I just found the markings on the bottom of the tank I pulled out. On the bottom.. go figure.. I'll get around to scratching off some paint tomorrow to see what it says.

Hey TJ if you confirm they are CO2 tanks home brewers could make use of them.
They would need a different valve that would be the kicker.
Scrap is down right now thus the dumping.
Sad but true the person prob thought at least someone could use them.

Realistically, your best bet is to take them to a welding shop, and have them turned into a badass wind chime.

Yeah, this past summer the scrapyard was giving $21 apiece for 6351 AL80s, but last month I only got $13.
