Yucatan Cenote/Cavern needs mapping/exploration

anyone out there interested in exploring / mapping an untouched cenote - I've got a prop. in the Yucatan and want to build a jungle cottage but dont want to start anything until I have a good read on how extensive the system is under it. 20min from Valladolid - 1 hr from Carib coast. It's a closed cenote but massive underground cavern with crystal blue water deeper than my light would penetrate (small opening on top 1 1/2m) 28 m from surface. I was down on a rappel line to check it out - jims
