Default Uw light dude is awesome

I just got my uw light dude in its the 2600 lumen I just compared it with my old light which I though was bright and holy crap is this thing bright, I think it will be worth every penny. I feel sorry for those of you that we're going to wait and order one after hearing how people liked them because y'all will have to pay more now. But the quality looks great the only thing I think they could have included with the light is I sock to go over the lense when not in use but not a big deal I already got me something that will work

Got the light and its real nice but: the Piezo switch, doesn't seem to work. I can't turn it off. And the low high intensity doesnt switch as stated. Maybe I'm doing something stupid.

Anyone out there have a similar problem or think they know what Im doing wrong?

Did that......several times. I wonder what other issues may be involved as what I'm standing on, shoes, whatever.
I'm baffled. Followed the directions explicitly.

We test every light before it ships out to ensure that it is functioning correctly. It is possible though that something may have failed. As was mentioned you have to press and hold for more than three seconds to turn it off. Basically press and hold until it shuts off. Also the Piezo operates a little different than the Shearwater ones. It requires pressure not just touch.

To change light settings you push and release. The light will not change setting until you release and it does require a little pressure.

If this does not resolve the problem please contact me directly and we will work on getting you a new head. My cell is 704-299-0733 or PM me.

Pressing firmly and I mean firmly did the trick for on and off.

Changing the intensity not working now but maybe later.

Press it firmly for a second. These aren't like the pezio switches on Shearwater computers, you have to hold them down instead of a tap.

I spoke with Puttzer on the phone & the light is working properly. The lights are a little different and may have a bit of a learning curve.

If anyone has issues with their lights please let me know and we will get it resolved immediately.
