Default Additions to the Interpretative Trail at WSPSSP

Next time you visit Peacock, check out the enhancements to the Interpretative Trail. Twenty plant panels and 6 to 8 directional markers were installed on the trail yesterday. With the additions, there is an informative kiosk or plant panel about every 75 or 80 yards on the trail to educate you on the cave system and plant life in the park.

Many of you are NFSA members and have provided financial and/or volunteer support to the NFSA and the Interpretative Trail. If not or if you are new to cave diving or Peacock, check out the Trail next time you visit Peacock. Also, you can find more information at www.northfloridaspringsalliance.org.

Thanks to Kelly, Beth, the park system, donors, and volunteers for their work.

    I believe it's .org at http://www.northfloridaspringsalliance.org/

and not .com as that doesn't resolve correctly
Did you see any critters in that cave? StygoBites.com

    Thanks Sandy

I want to thank everyone who came out and helped: Mike Stine,Bonnie Stine,John Spann,David Obi,John Ploegert,Jim Womble,Mathew Bull,John Maddox,Robert Maddox,Sandy Robinson,Riana Treanor, and Cheryl Doran. We had some intermittent showers, but they hung around until it was done.

Please,we invite you to walk the trail, and tell your friends. This is something that was built, and paid for all by cave divers, and this is a positive example of landowner relations, and the community deserves a big congratulations.
