It is not. They have some in-house units they use if you contract them.
The NBS is not commercially available at this time. We are currently working with the Federal Highway Administration to develop a version for damage inspection of culvert conduits that employs a more advanced data processing approach, however it will not be available for another year or so.
Our geologists will also have a few units available for fulfilling their geologic services contracts. I can put you in contact with them if you have a need for their services.
Hopefully, in a few years the device will be more widely available.
