Mayor of Clearwater, 2 regarding lengths of terms of offices, and 1 regarding issuing a notice of a posted budget. Local issues, but I would imagine there are other local issues on others ballots.

I think that applies to Illinois...and, oh yeah...I believe they also require the dead to vote...or, at least allow them to.
