There are seagulls in Loveland, Colorado. Huge flocks of them.

Columbus (Georgia) Symphony, Montgomery (Alabama) Symphony, Springer Opera Company, as well as college orchestras. Plus the US Army Infantry Band at Ft. Benning, which is probably the best group I've ever played with.

    Default Gator known as Henrietta?

About 10 years ago I was surfacing at Peacock and saw a small gator. She was just watching us, from about 15 - 20 ft away. I was informed later she was known as Henrietta, or some similar name. She never bothered anyone, probably knew she was much smaller than any of the divers in the water.

Might be the same one. Last time I saw it was in 2003 or 2004 I think.

I deco'ed next to that gator in Hart. Wayne Kinnard made sure I looked it in the eye. It was at least a 10 footer. He told me they hauled the mama gator out the week before.

Albert escaped from the zoo and was only 4' long.
Thank you Ms. Ende for correcting me......I only remembered that albert was after the ducks in some denver lake ! It is still funny, as the locals made jokes about it. It all good. Jack E.

What is the likely hood of a gator encounter swimming from the boat dock up to Telford the first week of March? When is their active and inactive periods?

Don't worry, Bob. He won't eat much Just take a slower buddy and all will be well...for you!

They do hole up when it gets really cold, but it's been pretty warm here lately. I wouldn't worry about it, seriously. Enjoy your dive!
