Drive/Auto train from NE to FL Feb 9/10?

While considering options for travel, my biggest issue is if I drive I could REALLY use someone to share that with so I/We could go straight through and arrive more safely and in less tham Zombie condition.

Another Alternative is split AutoTrain car cost to ship gear.

My class starts Saturday morning, work wraps 5pm Thursday NYC.

Any interest?

Skipping Auto Train, definitely driving all the way....

Auto train is awesome but if you do be sure to get the private 2 person room, because riding with the dinosaurs and grandchildren is painful. =)

Another issue is that you have to be at the VA station by 2 and you arrive the next morning at 9:30 and are off the train by 10:30 so leaving Friday won't get you to cave country until at least 1 PM on Saturday. But it beats driving.
