    Default Identify and any interest??

    I came across a box of valves and fittings which I'm told may be for re-breather use, any help welcome, and if any one wants, tell me a value $$ they can be yours ??? will ship c48 only
    Isolator's look to have been modified with inserts on one end and hp fittings on other

    valves are Genesis din valves, the rest I don't know

    It looks like the isolator/crossbar manifolds are set up for DIR rebreather/RB80 style use. They look to be Sea Elite or clones (the brushed color ones) and the chromed ones are Sherwood or Genesis. Plus the Sherwood style valves (the ones that are angled and have the G on them), but they aren't really for CCR use due to the angle they are at.

    Accuse me of splitting hairs, but although Sherwood and Genesis had a relationship, Sherwood manifolds (made in USA) and Genesis manifolds (made in France) had no common parts, were different types (Sherwood captured o-ring, Genesis barrel o-ring), and had nothing in common other than tilted valve openings. There are no "Sherwood parts" in these photos.

    But I'm splitting hairs.

    "Splitting hairs" is an expression directed toward people who take the trouble to be informed and accurate, by people who can't be bothered to be either.
