GPS POI files for the Florida springs.

Hi, I'm not sure if this has been done before (maybe many times!), but on the web I could not find a GPX waypoint file for the Florida springs. So, at risk of duplication I have made my own; it contains all springs listed in Bulletin 66, and is available in GPX format (human readable, XML flavour) and Garmin's binary .gpi format (directly downloadable to a Garmin device).

My deep regrets I shall not be in Florida to enjoy it before Easter!
