Based on your past experience, what's the "scope of work" for chairing the event.... since there's no response, maybe people would like to know. I'd love to help, but not sure of the commitment.
I can send you, or anyone else that is interested, a copy or the Workshop "How To". Basically, it is like any other managerial job. It is tough, if you try to do it all yourself. It is much easier if you recruit help, especially things like "volunteer coordinator", "vendor coordinator", etc.
We actually have a chairman for the 2012 workshop, but he could use help. Today is his birthday, and that would make a great gift
