HP steel tanks for bailout

I was looking into buying some HP ~130s steel tanks for SM bailout on my rebreather. Just wondering if anyone had any experience with which ones had the best buoyancy characteristics.

I dive dry, with a 55lb oxycheq wing, and my rebreather is neutral (erring on the side of positive even) in freshwater, so weight isn't a problem, but I was worried about AL80 stages on top of the steel tanks. I was looking at the HP 130's for the length (about the same as a AL80). I do plan on overfilling them, so I'll have approx. 4 x AL80's. (Sorry if I gave too much info)

I am moving back near cave country in a month, so I was planning on going to CA and rent some tanks from Edd, but I would like to narrow down my selection prior to doing that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I use LP 104s, they are similar to E8 130s in buoyancy. I also dive dry, with a simple harness, and jacket style BCD, about 40lb lift.

I like LP85s for the "avg" mixes (air, 21/30), I use LP108s for the "deep" stuff where one goes through more gas on a bailout.

If more gas is needed, I bring stages.

I have had two Faber LP 108's pumped up a lot with 4 AL cylinders and could float the rig. My CCR is fairly negative with this set up as it has LP45's with O2 on it. I use LP 85's or LP 45's in most of the caves shallower than 250.

My main reason for this question was trying to cut down on the number of tanks I carry. I am piecing together a Hammerhead sidemount rebreather that I could possibly use as a bailout rebreather, (just carry that and an AL80 or one HP steel) but I just don't feel comfortable bailing onto another rebreather for some reason. Maybe one day I will change my view on that. Thanks for the replies, looks like the HP 130's are the ones to really look at.

my breather is negative I use dual O2 and sidemount as my Dil.

I use LP46's, LP85's & LP108's

On some of my exploration's I use the LP85's with 12 AL80 stages. even though the 108's have more gas they are also bulkier
for me its easier to drop stages then trying to use larger tanks.
