Actually I think LiteHedded is right. Right now there 37 who say they will write letters, and only 3 that say they won't. There are several hundred members of the CDF, so it is really 37 out of X00 that might write letters.
My letters are signed, stamped, and ready to be dropped in the mailbox.

Tonight my letters get finished and stamped, out in tomorrow's mail. Shirley, thanks for starting the poll. Any letter is a good letter. It shows the officials that people are paying attention and that we care.
If we don't speak up now, there will be no point in complaining later!
What would be some reasons not to write?
Apathy, laziness, "My letter won't count for much" syndrome, "I am not good at writing", "They won't really close them", "Someone else will take care of it", the list goes on....
Mine went out today. Will send more to the local state reps soon.
