...these items are in addition to most of the other things mentioned by others previously. The aspirin is a good thing to have handy : headaches, heart attacks, muscle pain, etc... the condoms because at Ginnie Springs a couple once asked me if I had any handy, I felt bad not being able to accomodate him and her... and the Bible is always something one should have readily available, its a good thing to read a little Scripture between dives on Sundaysespecially when I'm missing Church because of diving.

Nice save!

Okay, here's what I bring whenever I don't pull the trailer (which contains pretty much everything):
Tackle box containing all specialized scuba tools I own, plus most hand tools I use in reg repair - wrenches from 1/4" to 7/8", precision pliers and screwdrivers, picks, allen wrenches, nut drivers, punches, electrical tape, a soldering iron and solder, sockets, extensions and drivers, plus BIG Channel-Lock pliers.
Extra first stage and second stage.
Extra canister light.
Extra dry suit and undergarment.

so I already have the big craftsman tool chest filled with mechanics tools. what do I need to add to for regulator repair?
An extra HP hose and spindle just saved a dive for me. A condom is a good idea.... poke a hole in it and it is the perfect size to replace a BC bladder flange gasket.
Zip ties, and bungee!

Besides most of the tools and spare items others have mentioned above, my tackle box also contains:
- electrical multimeter (handy for checking battery voltage or testing a connection)
- a couple of sharp dental picks for digging out o-rings
- a butane lighter for melting the end of nylon line or webbing
- extra clips, D-rings, surgical tubing, bungie cord
- spare velcro watch straps
- spare slate and pencils
I usually have a spare 1st stage, 2nd stage, and a few hoses with me as well.
I also bring along a separate first aid kit with the usual assortment of bandages, ointments, pain relievers, etc., and homebrewed ear beer.
And while I can see that for certain long and high-risk penetrations a condom might be useful, I haven't yet added any to my kit.
