Question How minispools have performed so far?

well, I was just thinking about that, minispools have out there about 6 years, and not sure how many, but a lot have been sold, I would like to hear some experiences with them..

have you ever broke one? how? where?
any one had a failure or had some problem that has been my fault?
deformations in material, changes of shape or any kind of weird experience?
do you use it a lot and find them useful or almost useless?

    any other comment???

I use them all the time cave diving on jumps off the main line where the distance is 25' or less. They work great no issues. Stored just like all of the rest of my reels.

The only issue I have is the holes are too small for even my smallest double enders. I can force them in, but it's not ideal. I do use them but I had to devise an alternative way to hang the double enders on them when in storage in my pocket.

Sure. I'm not diving this weekend - maybe I'll do it then.

they are made for the smallest size SS double enders, they are a bit hard to clip others, but they are too small for making the holes bigger. did they ever got any deformation clipping the bigger double enders?
