Yes- I was the one that had it made. You can order it with this number: R-168
Be advised- I had it made for dry caving, so it is not in the perfect format for underwater survey, i.e. it has elevation instead of depth. The print is blue with grid on one side and the standard NSS survey table on the other. Someday (when I run out of it) I will have them print a run that would be more suitable for cave diving. If you would like to buy a small amount, contact me via PM, and I can have Chrissy send you a wrapped pack, which is about 100-150 sheets or something- at a lower cost than you would get from Rite in the Rain, as I had to buy a case for the first printing. If you want a whole case- buy direct from them. I will try to attach a picture of a piece of mine.

Here are links to images of the durarite paper, Model R-168 in the photo area.
The front (with some survey- you can see the model number in the bottom right corner)

and the gridded back: (with some map)

The scale on the grid is five small blocks to one inch- you may find this annoying if you survey exclusively in metric, or it may not make any difference to you, depending on how you scale your maps by habit.

Okay- more details, and i will respond individually to the PMs- $20 per 100 sheet pack printed as shown- I only have a few packs left (I have been firing through it) and Chrissy will be mailing them from the house, as I am in afghanistan, so it may take a week or so to go out. If there is significant interest, I will have a case of the dive format printed- and then I will start taking that to cave events in the US, or I can sell it here.
