Looking for an instructor that can teach full cave. I'm looking at coming down next week anytime and have some flexibility in dates. I'm currently IANTD intro with doubles and technical diver rated. Was just down in November diving so I'm in decent practice. My regular instructor isn't available and his recommendation hasn't called me back. I appreciate any assistance.

Thanks

Holy crap! I didn't even spell the title right....ugh! Not my day.

Larry Green or John Orlowski will do a great job.

Check both the NSS-CDS, and NACD instructor lists. www.nsscds.org (http://www.nsscds.org), www.safecaving.com (http://www.safecaving.com) The most active instructors are (in no particular order) Tom Johnson, Rich Courtney, Jim Wyatt, Johnny Richards, Larry Green, John Orlowski, and Michael O'Leary.

I left a number for john yesterday, no call so I figured he might be booked. I never thought of larry.

Called, larry is booked unless he has a cancellation.

You may want to give Reggie Ross a call to see if he might be available. Reggie can teach full cave through NSS-CDS and technical cave through IANTD. Very active instrustor - tough, but fair, and really knows his stuff.

Cell phone: 352-333-3170

He's hard to get in touch with during the day. It's best to try after 10:00 pm most nights as he's teaching during the day.

Call Tom Johnson (TJ) at Dayo Scuba. He is a very active Cave Instructor and I highly recommend him.

Absolutely, I'm awaiting calls, just like yesterday... Short notice sucks but it's all I can do.

Sounds like probably Mike O'L. Unless there is another diver with strikingly familiar circumstances.

You won't regret that choice.
