A little clue- at this water level- the depth of the bottom right where it begins to fade into darkness was around 40', sloping rapidly downward... The picture is deceptive- the caver in the picture is almost 10 feet above the water surface.

Is it a seldom used entrance in a popular state park?

That's what I was thinking... the one outside the gate...

It might be if photo taken from East-Noth angle. In that case what is really interesting for me is why that person is wearing dry caving helmet with Petzl (?) although waterproof but not dive light, also he is slim which might suggest he is not 100% diver :-) Is there sumps near by? Who owns the land around Chalange hole, statepark?

It's in the state? forest NW of Suwannee River State Park.

nope- this is a hard one- I seriously doubt most folks have ever seen it. One more clue- The max depth here is greater than 180'

Is it on the Withlacoochee? Maybe just a "crack" in the ground with a dry run?

Actually looks more like Paradise Springs. Paradise is full of ferns. I don't see the boardwalk though.

Where is the dive report Joe, or are you writing from the work-release dorm? What is the bond?

Dive report? Apopka Blue is closed to diving... They have added a nice fence with a big scary lock on it too...
