Cow rules on stages

Hi there,
I dont find the rules for Cow spring anymore on the NSS-CDS website.
I dont recal exactly but in my memories, stages bottles were forbided, as for scooters. Is this exact?

You can use a stage bottle in Cow. Upstream Cow is actually a really nice place to use a stage as more of a travel gas. I like to pump mine up with maybe a 36% - 40% nitrox mix, and leave it at the top of "not my fault" (where it gets deep). That way you start breathing a richer mix on the way out, thus being much cleaner when you reach the basin. - Kirk
