If I were taking a class I'd do it with Jill Heinerth. However there ae lots of instructors out there. What unit are you diving?
Go to this page:

Search the page for CCR.
Like Andrew said, there are several, and at least two in Europe.

I highly recommend Gregg Stanton.
He is located in Wakulla county, is very experienced, and been around a while. He's one of the few CCR/Cave instructors and certs through IANTD.

What's involved in the class? Hmmmm... Put it this way, when taking the course with Gregg, you will experience every workable emergency that could happen to you in a cave on CCR, and then some.
My toughest dive was removing 6 jump reels and picking up an 80 stage all while bailed out ( from the beginning of Hill 400 at Ginnie ). This was to see how I handled the bailout, bailout cylinder switching, jump line pickup, reel work etc. Gregg was kind enough to point out that it was worse than it would be if I bailed for real - Who would pick up the jumps on the way out if you truly had a problem? :D
But be forewarned - Passing his course is not automatic, and he'll tell you that up front.

If your located in Europe and need a CCR cave instructor, I would highly recommend Phil Short, based in the UK, but he travels all over.
