Sep-19-08 13:30. Line was damaged approx 150' past second sink at approx 30' distance. It looked like it was a diver who damaged the line not the flood. I put temporary gap (white line). Immediately after the gap newly developed sand dune (came after the flood i presume) made the way the survey line was originally laid impossible to pass. I did the bypass to the left even involved some digging. Bypass is marked with directional. There were two dropped survey markers on the floor. I placed them back were they were found. While it is hard to tell though were they were washed from i can tell that two of them were found before the first sink. Viz was 15' to zero (which is good for the place any way). Good size gator snapper was sleepin in the second sink, these guys are aggressive especially when pushed to the wall.
