I have not been cave diving in several years and I wanted to sell my old gear. I have a Dive Rite Canister light but I do not know what the model or head type is. Can someone please assist in identifying it and suggesting an asking price? It is in excellent condition with harness and charger but it will likely need new battery packs.
Thanks!!

That is a Nutra-lite By Dive Rite circa 1989-? Probably has a 50 watt Halogen bulb and two 7 ahr SLA batteries for 14 ahr burn time about 2-3 hours If you can get $100 take it and run.

Did you think the molds just went away when DR quit selling them? Yes Pro Watt makes this same light still. Not sure if the lens is the same but they might be a source of parts

All the Pro Watt lights I've seen were much darker gray, almost black.

That is one of the very first Neutra-lites; the nylon web harness gives it away. That was quickly changed to a short cam strap.

The Pro-Watt was a copy.

So it has historical value!! I had one of the old aluminum blue jobs that preceded the NL, sunbright , that I traded in on a MLS. That was a mistake:smt102 wish I had that old light now. It was 35watts with a single worn out battery. The reflector was so big that swimming it against the flow at little river was like pushing a small umbrella around in a strong wind. Lights have come a long ways since then but it was something back then, she was the slayer of darkness.
