I received my copy and noticed that pages 13 & 20 are missing... Anyone else?

I just looked and those pages are in my copy, are you also missing 14 and 19? If so one of the large pages did not get inserted in your copy. Bill

No, I have 14 & 19... Just pages 13 & 20 are totally blank :(

well the only thing you are missing is the article by Johnny Richards that is also posted here and on page 13 under Sustaining Contributor Program is the following sentences that close the article:

"Finally, I would like to extend my appreciation to Richard Blackburn for the substantial time and invaluable assistance he provided is [sic] establishing the Sustaining Contributor Program. His able assistance is most appreciated."

I received mine yesterday from Debra. All the pages are in mine up to page 30.

Finally put in for my membership to NACD.

Debra and Larry were in a hurry yesterday when I saw them @ CEE. I asked Debra if she happened to have any membership forms on hand. Debra went the extra mile to go ahead and get my membership info. I know that since they were in a bit of a rush that I could have waited to Friday. She went the extra mile.
