The music is "Fortuna Imperatrix Mundi" from the opera Carmina Burana by Carl Orff. It is the only work by Orff that most people know.

Last year our church wind orchestra played the instrumental version (we play two non-church concerts a year). The first time we played through it all I could think about was the missing vocal part. But it ended up great without them.
