Consider this: Dry suit diving may be warm & comfortable during long deco's, and an invaluable
bcd for maintaing proper trim, but is stress-related while egressing from a
difficult dive site.
Wet suit diving is somewhat less comfortable in colder waters, but seems more
managable with regards to bouyancy control & deco stops.
The best solution may very well be what we were all born with: Naked Skin, Over-head, Diving......NSOD-! While less comfortable in cooler waters, during our hot summers here in Florida, this may very well be the best solution yet-!

Barring 'fluffy-undergarments' as suggested by one well known Administrator, just think of the delights of seeing your favorite companion smiling without duress, that he, or she is cave diving in what we have been blessed with in the very beginning: NSOD-!

LOL Jack!

Not me mate, I still have nightmares about Duncan in the speedos! I'm dry in the winter, wet in the summer and keep the naked stuff at home... :)

Safe diving,

Rich

Uhhh,

Entanglement risk is too great. I'll stick to the drysuit.

there will be no NSOD for me in Florida. Too many alligator sightings this past year!

It could be like the Polar Bear Club.

It would be a great incentive to avoid contact with the cave - just think, if you're careless, you could have pull & glide cave fingers type scrapes all over your body!

EEK !!!!
TMI :D

Jean

P.S. There is a rumor out there that I am upgrading my current shorty to a dry-suit. (DOUBLE EEK) :D
It's not the water temp , it's the air temp in the winter.

Some of those little fish get mighty agressive, especially at Buford.

And the fierce bowfins that infest Peacock!

Another reason not to dive nekkid - cave divers aren't supposed to have things dangling...
