Man....once you'll lick the secretions from a Bufo Toad then I'd imagine everything is fair game to a true druggy craving a buzz.
I however am beyond the ability to be shocked at anything involving human or "sub human" behavior.
This was a nice try though.

I suspect the "gas" produced is methane or some methane ammonia mix. decaying fecal matter? capture cow farts, or gasses from compost pile.... you gotta wonder how the first person figured it out. then again, maybe not. If you can breath it, it's been tried; if you can smoke it, it's been dried.

Stupid kids, why can't they just get their huffing in the old fashioned way with some carb cleaner and a garbage bag?

And Slooodge, I'm not even gonna comment about squeezing danglie thingies.
