I had a roll off in the Sherwood area of the Devil's system.
I detected the symptom of my gauge not dropping very quickly, but failed to act on that information for about 20 minutes. Once I acted on the bad gauge and turned the dive I did not diagnose the roll off until I entered the clear water and shallow depths of Hill 400.
I had been feeling a bit off that morning, and I believe that a combination of mild cold and narcosis caused me 1)miss/ignore the warning signs 2)failed to check my posts.
I left the water with 1100psi of backgas and an untouched buddy bottle. I was 50psi into the last third of backgas.
