My buddy and I were looking for a short dive to wrap up the day and decided to do a quick dive into Peacock II. We had been in there earlier in the week, and wanted to check out the RS jump to the first well. We dropped in and made the jump to the well and tied into the line that runs diagonally across the well. My buddy headed down, but got his fin entangled in the line as it exited the bottom of the well. I followed him down, and held the line up and away to help him clear.
After several seconds, he was free of the line. By then we had stirred up the silt pretty badly and were now in zero vis. I slowly followed the line, exiting the silt cloud and catching up with my buddy fairly quickly. The rest of the dive was uneventful, and the silt had completely cleared by the time we got back to the well.
