Gee Joel, you got analyers to sell. I bought one back in Nov I haven't seen yet. your web-site shows 6 units in stocks. who are those analyzers for? Maybe holding them to sell at a full price? still sucks to be me while trying to get the product I purchased. Steve Sullivan

Hi Steve,

Sorry for the delay on your unit. We had a huge run on those in nov and december and are just about caught up. I will NEVER put them out at those special prices again.

We got caught short with sensors then batteries. Assembly tells me we should have all the back ordered units out by next week.

Thanks for your patience. Any questions contact me off board at 928-855-9400

thanks

Well, it's next week; it fact, it's the end of next week. What's the status on the analyzers? mine hasn't arrived.

Batteries you say; the hold up is batteries? According to your product info, that unit takes "user replaceable AAA batteries." If batteries is the hold-up, why not send someone down to the Wal-Mart and pick up a few? Steve

Yet another "next week" has come and gone without a delivery from TDL. It has now been three months since I placed my order and since TDL charged my credit card.

Maybe I'll get it "next week".

Hi Steve,

Any questions contact me off board

Why would you ask him to do this? he waited months then made it public.

From the looks of this thread it kind of sounds like you sold an analyzer at a price you changed your mind on and want him to request a refund rather then give him what he paid for.

Steve please keep us up to date.

It does not sound that way to me at all. In the quote you snipped, you omitted that Joel gave a phone number where he could be reached to discuss the matter in real time. In reading Joel's posts it sounds like he is as anxious as anyone to complete this deal as promised as soon as possible. My dealings with Joel have been nothing short of 100% positive, but I realize that sometimes things happen that one cannot control no matter how good of a business reputation they have earned over the years; he can only control his end of the business, not his suppliers. Give him a chance to make good on this deal before you start crucifying him.

Hey John/DeWayne, thanks for your interest,

Making the matter public was not a hasty decision. In retrospect, the public method might not have been for the best.

After placing my order, my credit card was immediately charged. Over the next 12 weeks I called TDL 10 times. Nine times I was told "they should be in next week." I talked with Joel once. Our conversation left me without hope of a speedy resolution. That was about six weeks ago.

About a month ago, I quit calling and made some public postings. To date, the public postings have produced no better results than my calls. There was never any intention to crucify anyone and it appears that this is not TDL usual way of doing business. However, everything I have posted is 100% fact. SHOOT, all I want is the product I paid for three months ago.

I salute your patience Steve, I most likely would have asked for a refund or disputed the charges through my card carrier long ago. I may well be wrong, but Joel has always come off from my dealings with him as one who will go to great lengths to make the customer happy. I hope your issues get resolved soon.
